    A FLEXIBLE TAPE MEASURE

    Use a non-stretchy string or ribbon if you don't have a flexible measuring tape. Wrap it around the area, mark where it meets, and measure with a ruler or tape.

    PEN AND PAPER

    Make a chart with body parts as columns and sessions as rows. It helps record measurements quickly, reducing mistakes.

    WELL-FITTING CLOTHING

    Wearing form-fitting attire or underwear ensures that measurements are taken against your actual body shape, providing more precise and reliable data.

    How to measure yourself?

    1. Chest/Bust: Measure under arms at the fullest part of your chest. Keep your tape measure level with the floor.

    2. Arm Length: Let your arm hang straight down, and measure from the shoulder point to your wrist.

    3. Waist: Measure around the smallest part of the waistline, keeping the tape measure comfortably loose.

    4. Hips:Measure the fullest part of your hip, above your thighs, standing with your feet together.

    5. Inseam: Measure from the inner thigh to the bottom of your ankle.
