Orders placed on menique for delivery to the USAwith a value of under $800 are imported duty-free, and there are no taxesupon delivery.

European Union orders are always duty-free.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country, we are not able to supply the cost. Please make sure that you are aware of your country's import charges before you order from us.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait 48 hours before contacting customer service. Often, carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely, and they typically arrive within that time frame. In some cases, packages may be delivered to neighbors or placed in a different mailbox. If possible, check with your neighbors before reaching out to us. If you still cannot locate your package, please email us at support@menique.com, and we will guide you on the next steps.

No. We can only deliver to valid residential or commercial addresses.

The shipping upgrade option is available for customers who have already placed an order but later decide they need their clothes delivered faster.

This option can only be purchased after consulting with our support team via email at support@menique.com to ensure we can accommodate your request.

We accept the following types of payment: all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

You do not need to have an account to place an order. However, having an account can save your time at checkout as it saves your address and payment details for future purchases.

We have a 30-day return policy with FREE returns. You can return unsatisfactory items as long as they meet our return terms. Please note that underwear, personalized items, items without original tags, and washed or worn items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, visit our returnspage. 

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

Exchanged items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.

Yes, you certainly can. Feel free to use your own package. Make sure it protects the item well and is suitable for transportation. 

We will process your return on the same day we receive your items, once it has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation. Your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment account used for the purchase. 

Unfortunately, we can only process refunds to the original payment method. We cannot issue refunds to a different card, account, or payment method.

Merino wool. Always machine wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle, and with similar colors. Do not tumble dry and make sure that when ironing you use a low temperature. Never use bleaches or softeners.

The distinction between 160gsm and 250gsm Merino wool lies in their respective weights, measured in grams per square meter (gsm). A higher gsm indicates a denser and heavier fabric, while a lower gsm means the fabric is lighter.

The lighter 160gsm Merino wool is well-suited for warmer weather conditions, like summer, due to its lower weight and increased breathability, making it comfortable for various activities during hot days. Merino wool is prone to some pilling, especially in areas of friction like underarms or seat areas. However, high-quality merino wool garments are less prone to pilling compared to lower-quality wool blends.

At menique, we conduct extensive pilling testing to ensure our merino wool clothing maintains its quality and resists pilling over time.

Linen. Machine wash in lukewarm or cold water on gentle cycle or linen wash setting, and with similar colors. Never use bleaches or softeners. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry for the best results. No iron necessary – enjoy the natural creases and crumples. Yes. Depending on the season, we can make basic changes that do not require changing the sewing pattern, such as adding or removing pockets, adjusting the neckline, and changing the length. However, please be aware that there is an additional fee for these customizations, which you can view here.

Linen has minimal elasticity compared to some other fabrics, so it's less likely to stretch out of shape with wear. However, it may relax over time, especially in areas of frequent movement.

Yes. Sometimes linen can shrink when washed, around 4% on average. However, linen has a tendency to relax again after the initial shrinkage, especially with subsequent wears and washes. Washing linen in cold water and air-drying it can help minimize shrinkage, and the fabric tends to regain its shape with wear.

If your clothes have shrunk, there are a few steps you can take to try to restore them. Firstly, try gently stretching the garment back to its original shape while it's still damp. You can also try re-wetting the garment with water, as this can sometimes help relax the fibers and restore some of its original size.

We've found that in many cases, garments made from linen can regain some of their original fit after being worn again, due to the natural fibers loosening up with movement and body heat. This is something to keep in mind, and we hope it brings you some reassurance.
