Turn your garment inside out and hand wash in lukewarm water (30°C) using a mild detergent. Gently squeeze the suds through the garment. Avoid rubbing or wringing, as this will stretch the garment. Never use bleaches or softeners. Dry flat on a clean dry towel away from direct sources of heat.
